Prior to an initial or discovery flight, clients must complete and sign the following waivers. If under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign. A password can be obtained from an Admistrator of Flight Instructor.

Prior to starting lessons or renting an aircraft, students and renter must complete and sign the following application and renter agreement. If under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign. A password can be obtained from the an Adminstrator or Flight Instructor.
