TSA Foreign Student Flight Training Program

Since its inception, Cargill Aeronautical has participated in the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Foreign Student Flight Training Program. ​The program provides a means for non-US Citizens to become a pilot. These candidates must go through a rigouous screening process by TSA prior to being approved for flight training. https://www.fts.tsa.dhs.gov/home
