Andy Paul, CFI, CFI-I
Andy, a graduate of the American Airline Cadet Academy, joined the team in August 2021. Born in Haiti, he moved to New York City with his family when he was two years old.
Frederick Parow, CFI, CFI-I, MEI, A&P
Fred is one Cargill's original instructors. In addition to flight training, Fred is a licensed A&P. He served in the miliary and is an active member of the National Guard.
Donald Raupach, CFI, CFI-I, MEI
Don has been with Cargill since its inception in March 2012. In addition to flight instructing, he has extensive experience as a commercial pilot under Part 91.
Lou Neives, CFI, CFI-I
Lou is a 21-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force and PA National Guard. During his service in the Air National Guard, he was assigned to the 111th Fighter Wing in Willow Grove Joint Reserve, followed by the 112th Air Operations Squadron in State College and 193rd Special Operations Wing in Middletown. Lou's flight experience includes mountain flying in the Colorado Rockies and landing on an ice runway in Alton Bay, NH.
Brad Krahn, A&P, Commerical Pilot
Brad is a licensed A&P and Commercial Pilot. Brad started as a part-time CSR while working on his private pilot certificate. In January 2019, he was promoted to Office Manager followed by Director of Operations in June 2020, He obtained his commercial pilot license in 2021.
