Alex enrolled in Cargill's Youth Professional Pilot Program in the Fall of 2022 and completed his training in May 2023. Alex is also a graduated of Penn State University-York Campus. He graduated in May 2024 with a Degree in Business Adiministration.

Carson Smith, CFI, CFI-I
Certified Flight Instructor-Instrument
Carson is a 2014 graduate of Penn State University, earning a BA Degree in International Politics. That same year Carson commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. Following military service, Carson spent 4 1/2 years in fulfillment operations management working for Chewy. Carson later obtained his pilot certificates and ratings in North Carolina.
Frederick Parow, CFI, CFI-I, MEI, A&P

Multi-Engine Flight Instructor
Fred is one Cargill's original instructors. In addition to flight training, Fred is a licensed A&P for Federal Express. He served in the miliary and is an active member of the National Guard.
