Since its inception, Cargill Aeronautical has participated in the TSA Foreign Student Program. Through the program, we have trained students from Canada, China, Dominican Republic, England, Germany, India and South Korea.

Pilots With A Purpose (PWAP)

PWAP, an IRS 501(C)(3) non-profit organization based at Capital City Airport, New Cumberland, PA was founded in 2020 with the goal of guiding underprivileged youth toward diverse aviation career opportunities. PWAP intends to show and encourage youth to pursue viable paths to lifelong aviation careers that they may have never imagined. Partnering with many companies and organizations in the aviation industry, PWAP plans to foster a long-term relationship with Harrisburg and surrounding communities.

Aircraft Owners

Cargill Aeronautical contracts with aircraft owners to rent their aircraft to qualified pilots and students. Under the leaseback agreement, aircraft owners reduce their overall cost of ownership.
